Went to kia to look at cars and see if i could get my mom out of her car and in to a new car Ricardo raymond and michael lynn helped us out alot they did what they had to do to get us in a car and thank yall for that. If you dont have the best credit dont let it scare you. Go chevk theses guys out. Very good at what they do

We spent about a month researching and reaching out to a number of Kia dealers in Virginia and several in North Carolina. We were simply looking for straightforward information, a hassle-free buying experience and a purchase that we could feel good about. What we found was an onslaught of scripted phone calls and empty replies to our emails - the stereotypical and painful process you expect when trying to purchase a car.Then we turned to Steven Kia. We communicated with Mary Hodson via email and she provided the exact information that we requested. We managed to work a simple deal via telephone, and several days later we gladly made the 2 hour drive to Harrisonburg to purchase a car and wrapped up a deal in several hours.Our contact at the dealership was Ricardo Raymond. He was upbeat, friendly and helpful. The General Sales Manager, Michael Lynn, made it a point to greet us and thanked us for making the trip. The Finance Manager, Andrew Brown, kept the paperwork process simple. By the way, his shoe game is on point.In the end, we all won. We never felt the need to butt heads and we found a simple commuter car that met our needs and was easy on the bank account. There's nothing that we regret about the experience.We passed over a number of dealerships that were in much closer proximity to our home, including 4 Richmond area dealerships. They should take a lesson from Steven Kia on how to sell a car.We will be back. Thank you to the entire staff.

Was car shopping for days and thought no one in town would actually give me a good deal. Stopped into Steven Kia despite not being a fan of Kias and low and behold, the Kia Stinger called my name! Ben was my sales associate and he was an absolute delight to work with. Not only did he give me a better deal than anyone else was offering, he went above and beyond to get the deal done, staying 2 hours past close! If you're looking for a car, even if it's not a Kia, stop in and see Ben. He'll take good care of you.
